Design Workshops

The City of Polk City and FEH Design will be holding two days of Design Workshops for the new City Hall project and the Fire Station Remodel.

These meetings will be held at the Community Room July 20th and July 21st.  Public Participation is highly encouraged! Full Schedule below.

Wednesday July 20
8:30 am – Noon Development of City Hall Site Plan Options
12:15 pm – 1 pm Presentation of Site Plan Options
1:30 pm – 5:15 pm Development of Fire Station & City Hall Block Diagram Options
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Presentation of Block Diagrams

Thursday July 21
8:30 am – Noon Refinement of Day 1 Block Diagrams & Initial Floor Plans
12:15 pm – 1 pm Presentation of Floor Plan Options
1:30 pm – 5:15 pm Refinement of Floor Plan Options, Development of Exterior Design Options, Development of Initial Conceptual Budget
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Presentation of Conceptual Design & Initial Conceptual Budget
