The City of Polk City and FEH Design will be holding two days of Design Workshops for the new City Hall project and the Fire Station Remodel.

8:30 am – Noon Refinement of Day 1 Block Diagrams & Initial Floor Plans
12:15 pm – 1 pm Presentation of Floor Plan Options
1:30 pm – 5:15 pm Refinement of Floor Plan Options, Development of Exterior Design Options, Development of Initial Conceptual Budget
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Presentation of Conceptual Design & Initial Conceptual Budget
