Polk City Friends of the Parks Earth Day Family 5k Run/Walk

First annual Earth Day Family 5K Run/Walk!  Join us in enhancing, growing, and supporting the Polk City parks, trails, and greenspaces.

9:00AM
- Check in begins at the Polk City Square
- Day-of Registration begins

10:00AM
- 5K Run/Walk Starts (registration required - part of the course will be on grass)
- Check in begins for baby/tot/youth races

11:00AM
- Baby Crawl* (0-2)
- Tot Trot* (2-4)
- Youth Races* (5-7 & 8-10)

**FREE 10yrs & under.  Register day of the event.

11:00AM to 12:00PM
- Kid Activities on the Square

The first 100 5k participants will receive a free tree seedling & a reusable cup.  All participants will be entered into a raffle for fun prizes!

(This fundraiser is supporting the Polk City Parks - proceeds from the event will go towards a shade structure at Leonard Park!)
