Polk City Utility Bill Assistance Program

The City of Polk City began a short-term utility billing assistance program due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to the response, the City of Polk City will continue this program on an annual basis. As reviewed by the City Council, income levels may change.

Please click here for an application form.  Completed applications and required documents can be emailed to support@polkcityia.gov, mailed to The City of Polk City, PO Box 426, Polk City IA 50226 or dropped off in the water payment drop box available 24/7 outside the front door of City Hall.  Maximum reimbursement amount up to $375 per calendar year.
