Utility Service Fees effective July 1, 2023

*waived if set up an automatic payment (ACH) of your water bill

Water Rates:

  • Inside City Limits:
    • Service Availability Charge $10.62 (minimum bill)
    • Domestic rate: $7.10 per 1,000 gallons
    • Irrigation Rates: $12.12 all usage/1,000 gallons
  • Outside City Limits:
    • Service Availability Charge $15.93 (minimum bill)
    • Domestic rate: $10.65 per 1,000 gallons
    • Irrigation Rates: $18.18 all usage/1,000 gallons
  • Sewer Rates: 
    • Service Availability Charge $19.74 (minimum bill)
    • Usage Charge: $13.07 per 1,000 gallons
  • Stormwater Utility Fee: 
    • Residential: A storm sewer availability charge will be charged at $3.00 per month
    • Commercial/Industrial: A storm sewer availability charge will be charged at $3.00 per ERU per month up to a maximum of 65 ERUs (Equivalent residential unit = 3,500sq feet)
  • Garbage: billed as a flat rate per container at $11.13 per month
  • Recycling: billed as a flat rate per container at $4.54 per month
  • Compost It!: Subscribe to the annual cart service and enjoy the convenience of a 96-gallon cart from April to November for $105 annually
