Beggars Night

Beggars Night is a regional term for the practice of going "Trick or Treat" in the period before Halloween night. Beggars Night in Polk City is held annually on October 30th. To participate and hand out candy homeowners should turn on their front porch light between the hours of 6pm and 8pm.
