Police Department Calendar

National Police Week offers honor, remembrance, and peer support, while allowing law enforcement, survivors, and citizens to gather and pay homage to those who gave their lives in the line of duty.

The Polk City Police Department and the Iowa DNR are hosting a Cops & Bobbers event on May 18th, 2024. The event will be held at Big Creek Lake from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Youth will enjoy the event by fishing from the shore with local law enforcement officers!
