How do I get my fingerprints taken?

The Polk City Police Department does offer fingerprinting services.  Fingerprints can be obtained Monday- Friday from 9am-3pm at the Police Department.  If you need fingerprints done or would like to make an appointment please contact the Polk City Police Department 515-984-6565.

How much does it cost?

There is a $10.00 fee per fingerprint card.  Payments shall be made in person cash or credit card.
