Regional Park Project

On June 30, 2021, the City of Polk City finalized the purchase of 57 acres from Knapp Properties with the intent of developing a multi-use, regional park.  These 57 acres are located on the north side of Polk City, just east of the new intermediate elementary school.  It is anticipated this project will include multi-use fields, baseball/softball fields, regional trails, and several other recreation ammenities.  A Master Plan was completed by Confluence and can be viewed HERE.
